The sorting system uses a coarse flotation process with three sweeps and three fines.
Concentrate/tailings dewatering stage
The concentrate dewatering system adopts filter press dewatering. After the flotation tailings are concentrated, the bottom of the cyclone flows through the vibrating screen for dehydration; the overflow of the cyclone flows to the concentrator for concentration, and then the vacuum disc filter is used for filtration and dehydration.
Raw ore is sent to jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
The materials crushed by the jaw crusher are then sent to the ball mill for grinding.
Qualified ore powder after grinding operation is sorted by spiral classifier.
The pulp sorted by the spiral classifier enters the flotation machine, and the pulp processed by the flotation machine enters the dehydrator for dehydration.
